Do I need other items?
Just the Battery that you select and the Atomizer that you select.
Adjustment is very slight, probably no more than 20-30 degrees.
But with the centre post extended be sure not to over tighten as it's possible to damage the silicon gasket between the + and - on the battery connector, thus causing a short.
And it's very easy to push the centre pole in, so please be careful of that...
