Refilling Instructions:
A great way of using cartos is removing the cap with a paper clip, and insert a drip tip. And for topping up, the best way is to just pull out drip tip and add a few drops around the sides of the chamber, for better distribution of the liquid in the carto as, and when, required. (Avoid adding liquid down the center of the carto, as it can bubble up a bit.) Not only does this mean you can very easily keep your carto filled up, but the tip is much nicer on the lips, and also protects them in case your carto gets hot.
As with all atomisers and cartos, they like to be kept as wet as possible (but not flooded) for best results and performance.
