The eGo X atomizer is compatible with all types of Manual eGo Batteries. It is also compatible with eGo VV batteries and the Neo Classic Manual battery.
The Janty eGo Tank System builds on the achievements of the original Janty eGo, designed by Janty in October 2009.
Warranty: Janty eGo X atomizers are covered by our Janty Warranty Program for 3 months from the delivery date, and eGo X batteries for 6 months. We will not guarantee products that have been damaged through improper use or intentional damages.
How to clean the atomizer:
Every 2 to 3 days, the atomizer should be disassembled and cleaned carefully to help prolong its lifespan.
Detach the atomizer cone from the atomizer base and rinse through with lukewarm water. Use a soft cloth with lukewarm water to wipe the outer and inner surfaces of both parts. Dry in shaded area.
Using tweezers or an old toothbrush, carefully remove any residue found on the heating coil. Also, make sure not to disarrange the heating wire lines to avoid short circuiting.
How to remove and replace the wick:
Invert the atomizer cone, exposing the old wick. Using tweezers, clamp the fiber lines together to pull out the wick. Then, pick up the fiber lines of the new wick and securely place the wick into the wick connector hole inside the cone. Finally, attempt to pull out the fiber lines to check if the wick was properly replaced.
Clean your wick regularly with warm water and replace the wick when the wick remains stained black even after washing with warm water.
How to clean the tank:
Clean the tank separately by washing it thoroughly with water and drying it with a piece of cloth afterwards.
How to clean the battery:
Make sure that there is no excess e-liquid inside the screw thread on the batteries; wipe/clean the inside before inserting the battery into the charger.
